Systemische Aufstellungen können ohne Worte auskommen und dennoch als Katalysator für Veränderung, Transformation und Innovation wirken. In einem sinnlich- sinnvollen erlebten Kontinuum der möglichen Positionen, Einstellungen, Vorstellungen und Haltungen ergibt sich der Prozess aus dem Zusammenspiel der Impulse und führt durch verschiedene Zustände der Öffnung und Schließung.  Es ergeben sich neue Einsichten und Perspektiven...spontan, im Kontext, im offenen Raum. Alles ist Auswirkung, und nichts steht fest.

Working nonverbally with Systemic Constellations can catalyse change, transformation and innovation beyond language. By creating maps of the whole ‘system’ as  embodied experience of the participants, otherwise invisible dynamics will reveal themselves  in ways that can be easily integrated into existing identities. All is representation, if everybody takes part and serves as representative. But nothing will be fixed for ever.
